Job Summary
Execute company KPIs including "The Morning Routine" and "The Director's Playbook," coordinate daily workloads and staffing, and supervise employees while resolving conflicts. Monitor staff performance against goals, enforce policy compliance, and solve production problems. Train personnel on job duties, coach for development, and propose process improvements. Plan warehouse layouts based on item turnover and characteristics, communicate with clients and vendors, and assist the Operations Manager with budgeting. Requires four years of industry experience, two years supervisory experience, and forklift certification. Salary range is $54,000 to $73,000 annually.
