Operations Supervisor

Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system. Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, verifying guest identity, requesting payment, assigning rooms, and issuing keys. Sell accommodations without reservations based on availability and ensure rates match market codes. Review shift logs and daily memo books to document pertinent information. Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems. Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, and coaching employees while serving as a role model for the Open Door Policy process. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager. Follow all company policies, maintain uniform standards, and ensure adherence to quality expectations. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
