Operations Supervisor

Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system, review shift logs and daily memo books, and document pertinent information in logbooks. Process guest check-ins by confirming reservations, verifying identity, requesting payment, assigning rooms, and issuing keys. Sell accommodations without reservations based on availability, ensure rates match market codes, and scan charges from outlets. Assist management in training, evaluating, and coaching employees while resolving guest calls and requests. Report accidents and unsafe conditions, complete safety training, and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
