Operations Supervisor

Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system. Process guest check-ins by confirming reservations, verifying identity, requesting payment, assigning rooms, and issuing keys. Sell accommodations without reservations and ensure rates match market codes. Contact departments to resolve guest calls or requests. Assist management in training, evaluating, and coaching employees while serving as the first point of contact for the Open Door Policy. Report accidents and unsafe conditions; complete safety training. Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance, and protect assets. Welcome guests, address service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities. This role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and lifting objects up to 25 pounds. A high school diploma, one year of related work experience, and one year of supervisory experience are preferred.
