Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and warehouse members while overseeing all warehouse operations for a new Western Australia Convenience launch. Drive a strong safety culture, ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time, and manage labour, equipment, and resources to meet operational requirements. Monitor productivity, service, and cost performance through KPI management, foster continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with food safety, Chain of Responsibility, and HACCP standards. Build relationships with internal teams, customers, and transport partners while supporting workforce planning and training. Act as a key site leader providing operational support across shifts as required.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in a supervisory or leadership role within logistics, warehousing or transport
- Experience leading frontline operational teams in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of safety, compliance and warehouse best practices
- Proven ability to manage performance through KPIs and operational metrics
- Experience with labour planning, resource allocation and productivity improvement
- Sound understanding of MHE operations and traffic management principles
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications
- Must be available for Mon to Fri - 4am to 2pm roster
- Must be available for Mon to Fri - 12.30pm to 11.30pm roster
- Must be available for Weds to Sat - 9.30am to 7.30pm roster
