Job Summary
Coordinate with Recovery Support Specialists, Patient Care Technicians, nurses, and medical practitioners to ensure safe, quality care and effective patient throughput at the DC Stabilization and Sobering Center. Provide oversight and guidance to assigned Patient Care Technicians regarding intake and discharge processes while managing a multidisciplinary team. Requires a high school diploma, one year of leadership experience, and full-time healthcare experience in behavioral and medical crisis situations. Valid driver's license and clear motor vehicle record required. Hourly rate ranges from $30.26 to $36.62.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma
- Current driver's license (valid and in good standing)
- Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree in a field related to business or health care
- 1 or more years leadership and/or supervisory experience
- 1 or more years of full-time health care related work experience where his or her prior experience would provide adequate exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations
