Job Summary
Oversee plant supervision duties including shipping, receiving, operations, safety and environmental at CMC. Collaborates with the Operations Manager and Plant Manager to meet inventory and plant goals, maintains accurate inventory with minimal losses, and leads a team to ensure safety, quality, and efficient production. Emphasizes customer service, leadership, problem solving, and adherence to safety programs while supporting training and advancement opportunities across manufacturing centers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Customer Service focused
- Entrepreneurial attitude
- Able to clearly communicate expectations, issues and feedback
- Able to multitask and handle stress in a highly productive environment
- Participates in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively upholds the CMC Safety Culture
- Must be able to problem solve in all areas of plant
- Sets high standards for self and others
- Must have an ability to ensure the safety of both the individual and customers is protected at all times
- Exceptional leadership and team building skills
- Demonstrated ability to assist in the manufacturing of quality products that consistently meet or exceed consumer receiving specifications
