Job Summary
As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and guiding team members, ensuring timely submission of timesheets and payroll documentation, delivering competent patient care in pre-hospital and inter-facility settings, and maintaining adherence to protocols and policies. Key skills include excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage high-stress situations while effectively interacting with patients and coworkers. Required qualifications include a current CPR, a valid driver’s license, state certification, and a Certified EMT/Paramedic license.
Required Qualifications
- Current CPR
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Current position specific state certification or a NREMT specific certification with ability to obtain reciprocity is required prior to start date
- Certified EMT/Paramedic License for your state of employment
- Good verbal communication skills
- Self-confidence, emotional stability, good judgment, and tolerance for high stress
Desired Qualifications
- ACLS (AHA) or ALS (American Red Cross) certification recommended – *Paramedics and CCP only
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams while fostering accountability
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle adverse situations effectively
