Job Summary
Operations Supervisor role overseeing daily EMS operations and ensuring compliance with Georgia EMS rules. Performs paramedic duties as needed, maintains deployment readiness, completes reports (PCR, incident, billing), manages scheduling, vehicle/crew readiness, and equipment checks, and ensures adherence to company protocols and standards. Requires strong ability to coordinate between operations supervisors, command staff, and multiple shifts, with emphasis on timely communication, documentation, and professional conduct in a non-exempt EMS environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum EMT-P Qualifications
- Basic Life Support Certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- PALS or equivalent certification (within 6 months of hire date)
- Current State of Georgia Driver’s License
