Job Summary
The Fulfillment Center Supervisor will lead and motivate a team at Cart.com's Dallas, TX Fulfillment Center, overseeing areas such as replenishment, receiving, outbound, inventory, and returns. Responsibilities include managing time tracking and timecards, driving shift operational flow, analyzing and sharing performance metrics, ensuring a safe work environment, hiring and training distribution-center staff, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve goals. Candidates should have 3+ years of warehouse operations experience with 1+ year in a supervisory role, proficiency with WMS/OMS and Excel, and a High School diploma or GED. The role is open to applicants residing within a commutable distance to Dallas, requires 1st shift, Monday–Friday, and US work eligibility with no visa sponsorship. Required Qualifications
