Job Summary
Floor Lead, Operations at Ana Luisa drives store performance through operational excellence, inventory integrity, and elevated client experiences. The role blends operational expertise with a strong presence on the sales floor, coaching team members, supporting clienteling efforts, and contributing to KPI attainment such as conversion, AOV, UPT, and client retention. Key responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy and loss prevention, overseeing replenishment and omni-channel transactions, delivering bespoke, luxury service, ensuring visual merchandising aligns with brand standards, and collaborating with HQ Operations and store leadership to optimize processes and drive store performance.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of retail leadership and operations experience
- Strong operational and inventory management expertise
- Proven ability to support sales performance and KPI achievement
- Passion for fine jewelry, styling, and elevated client experiences
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Shopify, Google Workspace, and inventory management systems
- Polished communication skills with a collaborative, client-focused approach
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
