Job Summary
Lead a high-performing retail team by driving operational efficiency, maintaining inventory accuracy, and enforcing loss prevention protocols. Partner with store leadership to achieve sales goals, conversion metrics, and client retention targets while delivering bespoke service experiences. Oversee front and back-of-house operations including replenishment, shipment processing, and visual merchandising standards. Serve as a leadership presence on the sales floor to coach staff, support clienteling efforts, and reinforce luxury service expectations. Optimize store processes through collaboration with HQ Operations to improve overall performance. Requires 2–3+ years of retail leadership experience and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of retail leadership and operations experience
- Strong operational and inventory management expertise
- Proven ability to support sales performance and KPI achievement
- Passion for fine jewelry, styling, and elevated client experiences
