Operations Supervisor

Job Summary
Supervise daily activities in the fulfillment center by managing inventory, replenishment, and production processes from order intake to delivery. Hold a team of associates accountable to safety, quality, and productivity standards while maintaining a safe, clean environment and ensuring compliance with OSHA, HazMat, and DOT regulations. Plan and coordinate shift activities, assist in communicating directives, and conduct performance reviews to implement corrective actions and disciplinary measures as needed. Set specific objectives for shift personnel, recommend process improvements, and lead special fulfillment projects to maximize efficiency. Monitor production statistics and reporting to support departmental operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business, Operations or a related field, or alternatively 2 years of demonstrated managerial experience leading teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while multitasking, managing, coaching, and mentoring teams to succeed and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong process improvement skills

- Professional verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in Warehousing, 3PL, Distribution, or Manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of WMS
