Job Summary
Lead and supervise the Value-Added Assembly (VAA) operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, processing, equipment maintenance, and loss prevention; model and drive problem solving and continuous improvement through Five Phase Problem Solving Teams; provide on-the-job training, maintain documentation, ensure safety and policy compliance, and communicate with internal/external customers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years supervisor/leadership/management experience within manufacturing operations
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
