Job Summary
Lead daily warehouse operations for the 2nd shift in the LTL department, coaching hourly associates, coordinating inbound/outbound carrier schedules, and driving continuous improvement across shipping, receiving, quality, and rework. Utilize WMS/ERP to optimize labor and workflows, monitor KPIs, ensure inventory accuracy and on-time fulfillment, uphold safety and facility standards, participate in ISO 9001/ISO 14001 audits, hire/train onboarding, maintain payroll/labor reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to contribute to operating plans and budgets.
