Job Summary
Supervise 20-40 manufacturing and packaging employees across multiple production lines, assigning tasks and adjusting workloads to meet production goals while monitoring quality and troubleshooting issues. Support the team by building strong relationships, coaching for increased engagement, and maintaining a safe environment aligned with Perrigo's inclusive culture. Evaluate process changes, supervise maintenance projects, and collaborate with engineering on equipment selection. Participate in capacity or budget planning, gather data, and present recommendations to management. Manage payroll edits for sick and vacation time, ensuring timely payments, and handle disciplinary actions including writing up letters and meeting with the shop steward. Schedule is Monday to Friday from 2:00pm to 10:30pm with a starting salary of $85,000.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree
- minimum of 4 years of leadership experience
