Operations Supervisor (2nd shift)

The Operations Supervisor will coordinate and oversee daily warehouse activities across multiple departments to ensure an efficient flow of goods and cost-effective operations. Responsibilities include managing inbound, stocking, picking, packing, inventory, shipping, and return processing; regulating workload and setting productivity goals; training, coaching, and developing employees; interviewing, hiring, promoting, onboarding, and supporting career-path progression; administering workforce management and scheduling (UKG); monitoring performance and conducting year-end reviews; leading lean-improvement projects to boost efficiency and customer profitability; ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and tracking key performance metrics; and performing other duties as assigned.
