Operations Supervisor (2nd shift)

Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound, stocking, picking, packing, inventory, shipping, and return processing while regulating workload and assigning productivity goals. Train, coach, and develop employees on efficient work methods to improve accuracy, efficiency, profitability, safety, and security. Manage hourly scheduling through UKG software, conduct performance monitoring, and lead team projects to drive continuous improvement using lean management principles. Maintain knowledge of contractual requirements and Key Performance Metrics. This 2nd shift role supports ODW Logistics' end-to-end supply chain solutions, including warehousing and e-commerce fulfillment, within a GMP-compliant food safety environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year(s) of supervisor experience or equivalent work experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Advanced knowledge of warehouse management systems
- Must wear hair and beard nets, smock, helmet and steel toe shoes
- Spend 50 – 75% of time on warehouse floor in fast-paced environment
- Hear, read and comprehend, write and communicate
- Frequently sit, type and perform repetitive wrist motion
- Continuously stand, walk, bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn or reach on even and uneven surfaces
- Focus (with or without corrective lenses) to see close and distant, along with depth perception capabilities
- Use material handling equipment that must be operated according to specific operation procedures
Desired Qualifications
