Operations Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Job Summary
The Operations Supervisor will direct and schedule warehouse associates in the distribution environment, ensure safety and quality, and manage daily workflows. Responsibilities include assigning duties, inspecting work for adherence to policies, coordinating inventories, directing shipping activities, mentoring and coaching staff, handling performance evaluations, monitoring receiving processes, training on policies and Standard Works, and supporting the Safety Program. The role requires leadership to maintain harmony among team members, drive process improvements, and participate in safety committees. Travel up to ~25% is expected. Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of warehousing/distribution experience with supervisory experience; proficiency with PC/Microsoft Office is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college; or equivalent related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related
- Minimum of six months supervisory experience
- PC and computer skills including Microsoft Office
