Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control, safety compliance, and team leadership. Lead and support warehouse employees to achieve productivity and quality goals; develop staffing plans and assign daily workloads. Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA regulations; monitor inventory accuracy and support cycle counts. Resolve operational and customer-related issues; coordinate employee training and training compliance. Utilize SAP/WMS systems to manage warehouse transactions and reporting; drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3 years of warehouse supervisory or management experience
- Experience in a healthcare warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
- SAP and Warehouse Management System experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
