Job Summary
Oversee daily operations across inbound, outbound, inventory control, quality, and value-added services; supervise task assignment and adherence to SOPs; manage labor and resources to meet deadlines and SLAs; monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement; coach, develop, and evaluate team members; ensure safety and ISO compliance; participate in process improvements and training; participate in hiring and collaborate with other managers to align on operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 3 years of experience in supply chain, transportation, or logistics OR college degree in business, logistics, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with warehouse management systems or ERP is a plus
- Willingness and availability to work extended hours or weekends as business needs demand
