Operations & Strategy Working Student - Compliance

Job Summary
Conduct monthly German compliance reporting, including Bundesbank reports, AIFMD filings, and FATCA/CRS cycles across a diverse portfolio of fund clients. Collect, review, and verify data and documentation from stakeholders to spot inconsistencies and red flags before they escalate, taking ownership of workstreams that ensure data accuracy. Contribute to process improvement, tooling enhancements, and automation initiatives that shape how the team operates. Work alongside a Fund Compliance Manager in Berlin-Mitte with flexible hybrid hours (3 days in office), supported by mentorship from experienced operators and founders.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a related field such as business, law, or finance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
- Comfortable owning recurring responsibilities
