Job Summary
Operations & Strategy Intern working directly with the founder (Ex-Harvard, Ex-BCG) and C-Level to drive automation, analytics, and growth-building initiatives across three areas: Automation & Analysis (monthly reporting, Google Ads operations, process digitization); Operations & Daily Support (support for C-Level, recruiting coordination, HR administration, supplier coordination, tool ownership); and Build & Scale projects (strategic setup, external partner coordination, regulatory applications, budget/timeline tracking). The role offers real responsibility from day one, potential for full-time placement after internship, and a hybrid Berlin-based work setup.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master student at a leading university (e.g., Mannheim, St. Gallen, ESB Reutlingen, TUM, Frankfurt School)
- Business, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Structured and analytical thinking
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Interest in automation and AI
- German and English proficiency
