Operations & Strategy Intern (m/w/d) - Founder's Associate mit Übernahmeperspektive

Conduct monthly production reporting, ad-hoc data analysis, and Google-Ads operations while automating clinic processes to improve patient experience and reduce error rates. Manage daily C-Level support, recruiting coordination, and HR administration alongside overseeing the operational tool stack and supply chain logistics. Collaborate on strategic infrastructure projects for new clinical sites, coordinating external partners and tracking budget and timelines across all workstreams. This role offers direct access to the founder and C-Level, with a clear path to a full-time position upon conviction.
