Job Summary
Conduct general labor, repairs, and maintenance on various aspects of the arena as assigned. Execute building conversions for events, including setup and breakdown of chairs, tables, stages, and the basketball court. Actively care for all equipment by storing items properly, cleaning, repairing broken or damaged items, and alerting management of any mistreatment. Maintain organized storage areas and perform snow removal tasks such as shoveling sidewalks, parking areas, and entrance ways. Work days, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be 18 years old and able to lift 40 lbs. unaided.

- Must be 18 years old
- Ability to work days, overnights, weekends and holidays as needed
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and ability to function in a fast paced, high- pressure environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines
- Ability to climb stairs and lift 40 lbs. unaided
Desired Qualifications
- General conversion knowledge and experience of using cleaning products and equipment a plus
