Job Summary
Conduct facility-wide conversions by setting up and breaking down basketball courts, dashers, floors, risers, chairs, tables, and stages. Assist with overall building cleaning to ensure readiness for events and provide housekeeping support during events. Perform related duties as required, including active participation in changeovers that adhere to tenant specifications. Work a flexible schedule with overnight shifts and weekends. Available for part-time hours at an hourly rate of $12.00 to $15.00 with 401(k) matching benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule consisting of nights and weekends
- Shifts regularly occur overnight
- Must be able to regularly lift and carry heavy equipment and supplies
- Possess knowledge of basic hand tools and their uses
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience with event changeovers is a plus
- Work effectively in a large team-based environment
- Be reliable, honest, dependable, and punctual
