Job Summary
Conduct site build and load-out tasks including signage installation, fencing, and asset distribution. Maintain grounds safety and cleanliness through detailed site walks and immediate repairs for construction, power, lighting, and equipment issues. Monitor and fuel vehicles, carts, and machinery as needed while coordinating water distribution and debris collection. Liaise with departments or vendors to retrieve assets and assist with ticket/token collection in recreational areas. Available for nights, weekends, and holidays to support AEG's global festival operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or its equivalency
- 0-2 years Experience working in festivals or event production
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift, push, pull and move moderately heavy objects up to 25 lbs
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Heavy equipment and OSHA certifications preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
