Job Summary
Senior Operations Analyst responsible for translating business requirements into system capabilities, conducting gap analyses, defining functional specifications, and supporting end-to-end development and implementation. The role collaborates with Operations leaders and cross-functional teams to convert objectives into actionable operational plans, gather technical requirements, design data flows, manage design decisions, and deliver data-driven insights using structured methodologies. Requires strong analytical rigor, business acumen, internal customer service, and stakeholder engagement to support enterprise transformation initiatives. Travel up to 25%. Hybrid schedule with in-office/show-site work 2-3 days per week; preferred location in Dallas, TX with openness to other U.S.-based locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years in operational analysis, process improvement, enterprise transformation or related experience in a multi-project environment
- Knowledge of up-to-date process development methods and technologies
- Proven verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in curriculum development and/or instructional design
- Knowledge/experience in implementation and operation of a Learning Management System
