Job Summary
Organize, move, and stage equipment and supplies; assemble furniture and prepare workstations for new hires, including desks, chairs, and file cabinets. Support onboarding setups and day-to-day workspace readiness by stocking office, shop, and operational supplies as needed. Assist with event setup and breakdown, completing assigned tickets, checklists, and daily task lists while escalating issues, risks, or missing information to senior team members. Perform basic equipment moves up to 40 lbs unassisted, strictly following safety protocols and operational procedures. Work full-time in the Long Beach location, with flexibility to work overtime, evenings, or weekends to support critical mission milestones.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in operations, facilities, workplace services, logistics, hospitality, retail operations, or a related hands-on support role
- Ability to follow clear instructions, complete assigned tasks, and communicate issues promptly
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs unassisted
- Willingness to work overtime, evenings, or weekends to support critical mission milestones or operational needs
- Ability to work in office, shop, and operational environments
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted
- Specific certifications, as appropriate
- Must either be a 'U.S. person' as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.62 or otherwise eligible for deemed export licensing
