Job Summary
Support daily office and operational needs by executing tasks, organizing, moving, and staging equipment; assemble furniture and prepare workstations for new hires; assist with onboarding setups and day-to-day workspace readiness; stock office, shop, and operational supplies; assist with event setup/breakdown; perform basic equipment moves up to 40 lbs unassisted; complete tickets and daily task lists; escalate issues; follow safety protocols and operational procedures; overtime availability; full-time in Long Beach, CA; forklift certification required.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in operations, facilities, workplace services, logistics, hospitality, retail operations, or a related hands-on support role
- Forklift experience and/or active forklift certification required
- Willingness to work overtime, evenings, or weekends to support critical mission milestones or operational needs
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted
- Experience supporting office operations, facilities, events, moves, or workspace setups
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, inventory tracking, or vendor coordination
- Basic understanding of space planning, workplace safety, and operational workflows
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and task execution skills
- Positive, service-oriented approach to supporting internal teams
- Specific certifications, as appropriate
