Job Summary
Operations Specialist responsible for serving as a primary point of contact for client inquiries related to ASO services, triaging and escalating complex cases, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses, supporting day-to-day operational workflows to meet SLA and quality standards, identifying process gaps and recommending improvements, maintaining accurate documentation and system records, contributing to SOP development and knowledge base updates, and tracking and analyzing customer service metrics to drive performance and client experience. Requires 2–4+ years in operations or client services, strong communication, attention to detail, and experience with HRIS/CRM/case management systems; knowledge of payroll, benefits administration, and employment practices is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of experience in operations, customer support, or client services (ASO, HR services, or related preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with HRIS, CRM, or case management systems
- Understanding of payroll, benefits administration, or employment practices
