Job Summary
Global Asset Servicing – Corporate Actions role focused on managing daily Corporate Action Events across multiple fixed income products, processing events from trade date to settlement, handling proxy services including voting submissions, and collaborating with external brokers and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely processing. The role involves interaction with clients and internal stakeholders, supporting regulatory/audit documentation, leveraging Excel-based analyses (VLOOKUP, pivots, macros), and driving process improvements and automation in support of straight-through processing (STP). Requires 5+ years in Asset Servicing Operations, strong communication skills, experience with corporate actions and related settlement processes, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in Asset Servicing Operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline sensitive environment
- Self-starter who is comfortable in a complex role interfacing with clients and internal teams
- Strong knowledge of Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivots, macros)
- Broadridge NAPE experience is preferred
- Strong front-to-back ownership mentality
- Proven risk management skills
- Adept at multi-tasking with ability to prioritize conflicting priorities
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (monarch, Access, Excel)
- Bachelor's degree, or specialized training / equivalent work experience
