Job Summary
Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operational processes for Stratos Investment Management, including opening new accounts, preparing and reviewing account documentation for client signatures, ensuring materials are complete, and maintaining service standards; will collaborate with custodians and internal teams, provide backup front desk support, and seek workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability; requires RIA-industry experience (2+ years) and a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience); familiarity with custodial platforms (LPL, Fidelity, Schwab) and CRM systems (Salesforce) preferred; strong communication, independence, and attention to detail are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two or more years of experience in the RIA industry preferred
- Familiarity with custodial platforms such as LPL, Fidelity, and Schwab preferred
- Experience with CRM systems preferred, including Salesforce
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize competing responsibilities, and provide excellent service to financial advisors
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability
