Job Summary

Oversee day-to-day operations in SNF communities as onsite operations leader, acting as primary liaison for staff, residents, families, and community partners. Responsible for budgeting, cash flow, occupancy and revenue management, staff hiring/training/discipline, licensing compliance, resident relations and billing, payroll processing, accounts payable, collections, lease renewals, and safeguarding confidential information. Lead staff meetings, drive resident retention, and support executive directors; travel up to 75%. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred) and 2+ years of multi-site senior housing operations experience, with strong verbal/written communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Director or multi-site Senior Housing operations experience
  • Must possess exemplary verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding set business objectives
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets, while analyzing a P&L and variance report
  • Strong analytical skills translating into positive performance outcomes
  • Ability to motivate a team of professionals
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to travel up to 75%
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
