Operations Specialist

As an Operations Specialist, provide support to a portfolio of residential communities by filling in at properties and lending an extra hand. Act as a Roving Property Manager by filling in at properties in the absence of a manager. On assigned properties, direct day-to-day activities of resident relations, maintenance, inspections, leasing, and other operations. Assist in hiring new staff for assigned properties. Support properties on-site during openings and takeovers. Conduct site visits and complete special projects. Provide guidance and assistance to struggling properties, as assigned. Maintain customer service and excellent relations with residents, resident cooperatives, commercial tenants, outside agencies or vendors and organizations. Ensure compliance with company policy, real estate law and state/federal guidelines. Out of state travel may be required on an as-needed basis. Other duties as assigned.
