Job Summary
Manage import permits for all destinations by ensuring COFEPRIS approvals and preparing legalized order documentation. Create and maintain the 12-month demand plan for VISITS (POS) while optimizing inventory levels to prevent stockouts and manage supplier relationships. Own the complete order process in SAP, including events and services for RB coolers, and align placement forecasts with the operating plan. Standardize processes according to global standards and drive cost optimization through stakeholder collaboration. Ensure adherence to corporate governance and trade legislation while monitoring KPI targets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in trade compliance, customs regulations, import operations, and supply chain logistics, ideally in the FMCG industry.
- Hands-on experience with obtaining and processing import permits through COFEPRIS (Mexico's regulatory agency).
- Experience with trade legislation, import permits request and COFEPRIS procedures.
- Fluency in English is mandatory to operate effectively in an international environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in working in a high volume FMCG industry is desirable.
- Excel, Word and Power point skills.
- SAP (APO/ERP) experience is desirable.
- Good stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple activities and focus efforts.
- Profound analytical skills and creative problem-solving ability.
