Job Summary
Conduct daily picking and restocking of Magic: The Gathering singles, ensuring alignment between physical and digital inventory. Prepare and package orders, inspecting them for discrepancies before shipment, and handle special customer requests, notes, and returns. Execute team-based service level agreement targets while performing regular quality assurance checks and audits in the proprietary inventory system. Create, pick, and ship products to retail locations, and assist in processing, auditing, and restocking various inventories. Operate and troubleshoot card sorting machines, order verification systems, and collation equipment, and manage inventory transfers using Warehouse Management Systems. Maintain a safe and efficient work environment by adhering to safety regulations, keeping areas clean, and operating warehouse equipment like pallet jacks. Carry out other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of Card Operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Proficiency in electronic inventory management systems and MS Office suite
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Proven attention to detail
- Experience in performing repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Manual dexterity with consistent fine finger manipulation

- Occasional squatting, kneeling, bending, stooping, reaching, twisting at waist
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Capability to apply up to 40 lbs. of lateral force occasionally
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment while adhering to all safety regulations
- Onsite location in Monroe, WA
- Full Time employment
- Scheduled 40 hours per work week
- Set shift with two consecutive weekend days
- PM Shift availability (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)
- Willingness to work overtime for special projects, product releases, and after-mail holidays
- Non-Exempt employment classification
