Job Summary
Execute Arden's Garden operational procedures and maintain exceptional standards for cleanliness, food safety, and store readiness. Serve as a subject matter expert on company policies, systems, and processes while assisting with inventory management, receiving, and product rotation. Support store teams through onboarding, hands-on coaching, and training initiatives to reinforce operational procedures and customer service expectations. Monitor store operations to identify efficiency improvements and communicate concerns to leadership. Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns professionally while ensuring products are stocked and displayed according to brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in retail, food service, hospitality, operations, or a related environment
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to coach, influence, and support team members without direct supervisory authority
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to support multiple store locations as needed
