Job Summary
Support regional operations through workflow improvement, training, and process optimization while reviewing documentation for insurance verification, authorizations, and order accuracy. Navigate EMR systems to enter, track, and validate patient and authorization data, then analyze workflows to identify errors and implement solutions for improved efficiency. Collaborate with teams to resolve issues, maintain knowledge of payer guidelines, and assist with training materials and onboarding. Perform patient assessments and follow-ups to support care and compliance, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to HIPAA, PPE, and infection control standards. Manage multiple priorities to meet quality and performance metrics, utilizing strong analytical skills to enhance operational performance.
