Job Summary
Creative, detail-oriented content creator and video producer to develop compelling fashion-focused visual content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms. Role blends video production expertise with social media strategy and creator partnerships to drive brand engagement, storytelling, and campaign performance. Produce in-house video material such as lookbooks, styling tutorials, promotional videos, product features, and behind-the-scenes shoots; manage end-to-end production workflows (camera operation, lighting, sound, editing, and delivery). Support influencer/creator BD through outreach, coordination, and performance tracking for TikTok creators and brand collaborators; negotiate collaboration terms, coordinate product samples, campaign briefs, livestreams, and content requirements; analyze creator performance metrics to optimize strategy; maintain a creator database and support seasonal campaigns. Must be based in New York City and available for on-site work; travel locally for shoots required. Bilingual in Mandarin and English preferred.
