Operations Specialist – New Delhi

Job Summary
Support sales growth through exceptional customer service and optimized product availability by acting as the main operational contact for boutiques and partners. Manage stock availability, replenishment, order flows, invoicing, returns, and stock movements while responding to operational inquiries within the defined 48-hour service level. Monitor orders, shipment schedules, and sell-through to ensure timely deliveries and resolve risks or delays across the network. Execute accurate invoicing, stock rebalancing, and order-prioritization activities while maintaining high data quality across operational systems. Collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teams to improve end-to-end flows and support continuous-improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- At least five years of relevant professional experience in operations, supply chain, order management, sales administration or inventory management
- The ability to work independently and manage operational responsibilities with limited supervision
- Strong working knowledge of SAP and experience managing order-to-delivery and invoicing processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good working knowledge of PowerPoint and other business systems
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
- A customer-focused mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- The confidence to identify risks, escalate issues and drive them through to resolution
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting retail, luxury, consumer goods or a multi-site commercial network
