Job Summary
Provide operation support to business teams in Placement, Policy Servicing, and Fiduciary areas including billing, accrual, reconciliation, and collection. Perform daily activities per SOP, such as checking documents, entering data, generating slips, reviewing policy files, and filing records. Communicate with brokers and insurance companies to collect and clarify information while adhering to compliance requirements and SLA standards. Complete ad hoc tasks including system testing, report generation, data analysis, document updates, training support, and staff coaching. Bachelor's degree required with CET-6 preferred; insurance industry operations experience highly desired. Hybrid schedule requires three days onsite in Tianjin.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- English level: CET 6 certificate
- Working experience in insurance industry in the area of servicing or operations
- Working experience of operation management support - staff training and coaching, reporting, and data analysis
- Details focused
- Good at data analysis with excel
- Good communicator, collaborator, and problem solver
- Team player, independent thinker
- Able to work under pressure
- Must be able to work at least three days a week in the office
Desired Qualifications
- CET 6 certificate is preferred
- Working experience in insurance industry in the area of servicing or operations is highly preferred
- Working experience of operation management support - staff training and coaching, reporting, and data analysis - is preferred
