Job Summary
Operations Specialist responsible for all aspects of recruitment for quantitative and qualitative studies, helping US Project Managers ensure studies align with client specs. Liaises with team members to deliver projects, fully responsible for sampling, manages up to 30 live projects, builds sampling plans, coordinates fieldwork, translations, testing, partner communications, and provides recruitment updates. Maintains timelines, utilizes M3 sampling and reporting tools, ensures accuracy, builds cross-department relationships, controls recruitment costs within KPIs, supports client kickoff and post-sale activities, oversees translation/link checks, and collaborates with CR and fieldwork teams to address issues; requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills, teamwork, adaptability, precision, and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or equivalent number of years’ experience
- Experience of assisting or managing several projects at the same time
- Proficient at Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills
- Be able to work as part of a team and show flexibility in the tasks they are asked to perform
- Independently motivated and inspired by working in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable with change, able to derive opportunity from uncertainty and be an analytical and strategic thinker
- Ensure 100% accuracy and display excellent attention to detail
- Organizational skills as the role involves working on a variety of projects to generate effective results
- Candidate will preferably have experience with complex market research projects which could include intricate sampling
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated knowledge of English grammar rules
- Experience with email marketing automation and knowledge of email marketing best practices
- Must be willing to work in US shift hours
