Job Summary
Maintain accurate inventory through weekly counts and reconciliations while tracking and resolving open repair issues. Organize and maintain the back room with proper tagging, refurbish returned merchandise to company standards, and ensure pricing and signage accuracy. Coordinate inventory transfers, monitor product ordering and follow-up, and support store organization and operational efficiency. This full-time role (40 hours/week, 5-day week including Saturday) requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of inventory or retail operations experience, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of inventory or retail operations experience
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and systems
- Reliable with strong follow-through
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license
- Monday–Friday: 10am–7pm, Saturday: 10am–6pm
- Full-time (40 hours/week), 5-day workweek
