Job Summary
Process retirement transactions accurately (contributions, distributions, loans, and transfers) and maintain comprehensive records of plan transactions, payroll schedules, bank accounts, and participant data. Reconcile contributions, distributions, cash, and holdings; perform quality control reviews; assist with research and resolution of issues; communicate effectively with internal stakeholders; address regulatory compliance; collaborate with other departments or escalate to senior team members to resolve issues; identify and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of retirement plan administration.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of ASPPA Retirement Plan Fundamentals (RPF) certificate (may be obtained within first year of employment)
- Strong attention to details and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
