Job Summary
Operations Specialist responsible for processing retirement transactions (contributions, distributions, loans and transfers), maintaining records of plan transactions and participant data, reconciling contributions and cash, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Role requires effective communication with internal stakeholders, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to identify process improvements and support documentation of systems and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of ASPPA Retirement Plan Fundamentals (RPF) certificate (may be obtained within first year of employment)
- Strong attention to details and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
