Operations Specialist IMO

Resolve discrepancies between client trade details and counterparty instructions. Communicate settlement details to client custodians for various markets. Monitor and address failed trades, cash movements, collateral settlements, and corporate actions. Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and reports with clients and counterparties. Understand and follow market settlement procedures and asset restrictions. Manage daily work volume, adhere to deadlines, and use IMO technology for transactions. Collaborate with the team, update procedures, and provide feedback on counterparty performance. Deliver superior client service, respond to inquiries, and ensure data privacy. Proactively address risks and follow BCP and security protocols.
