Job Summary
Set up new orders containing time-sensitive commodities, provide proactive customer updates, and track order status from start to finish using the Airspace platform. Communicate delays and updates professionally, offer alternative solutions to meet delivery times, escalate issues when needed, and verify milestones are completed accurately. Maintain knowledge of airline booking/tracking processes, interpret SOPs, and coordinate with customers, commanders, and service providers. Demonstrate problem-solving by updating airway bills, sourcing driver coverage, and applying training to resolve issues while adhering to escalation procedures and performance metrics. Maintain timely responses across email, phone, and text, ensuring high-quality customer service and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid/remote US work setup.
