Job Summary
Set up new orders by adhering to standard work practices and client-specific SOP instructions, verifying driver pickups and flight departures using AWB tracking. Provide proactive customer updates on deviations and delays, offering alternative solutions to meet required delivery times. Manage inbound and outbound communications via email, phone, and text, resolving issues and placing orders for customers unable to use the portal. Update and change airway bills, source driver coverage, and apply training knowledge to find out-of-the-box solutions for common or uncommon issues. Follow escalation procedures to assist with issue resolution while maintaining high accuracy and customer service levels across all team outlets.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to rapidly move from one critical task to another
- Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to catch something so small
- Ability to update, manage, and/or change airway bills
- Ability to source driver coverage for any segment of an order
- Ability to apply training and tenured knowledge to find out of the box solutions to common or uncommon issues
- Ability to identify and resolve issues surfaced through inbound phone calls, text messages, and email
- Ability to consistently meet all minimum metric expectations for phone availability and acceptance
- Ability to consistently meet all minimum metric requirements for an entry level position
- Ability to maintain high level of customer service while communicating with internal and external parties
- Ability to maintain high level of team contributions in the following areas: Communication, Order updates, Accuracy based on Standard Work procedures
