Operations Specialist

Provide onsite day-to-day support in the absence of an Executive Director, establishing community goals and implementing organizational, financial, and marketing plans. Evaluate adherence to regulations, review insurance coverage, and monitor account receivable activities to ensure billing policy compliance. Conduct annual performance evaluations, support staff development activities, and participate in hiring interviews. Monitor quality improvement, safety programs, and overall operations including daily standup meetings and TELS compliance. Act as an on-call resource for urgent matters on a 24-hour basis. Requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of healthcare experience with multi-site management, and extensive travel with overnight stays.
